Error Code 268 means the cartridge that has been inserted has expired. This means the cartridge is “out of date” and cannot be used for a test.
Check the foil packaging before opening the pack and confirm the cartridge is in date.
The date is printed on the back of the silver foil packaging and is typically expressed as EXP: DD/MM/YYYY.
It is okay to use the cartridge on the actual date it expires, but the Druglizer will not permit its use after that date.
