Error Code 311 is a warning message that the Drug Reader Module (DRM) is near the end of its calibration period.
The calibration due date and number of days remaining can be seen in the “About > Service” menu on your device.
It is safe to keep using the instrument, this is just a warning for the owner of the instrument to be aware recalibration will soon be required.
The operator can dismiss the error and continue using the instrument. Contact Alcolizer Service to book a replacement DRM as required.
