Error Code 312 is a fatal error and means that the Calibration period of the Drug Reader Module (DRM) has passed the end of its calibration period.
The calibration due date and number of days remaining can be seen in the “About > Service” menu on your device.
The instrument can no longer be used for analysing saliva samples.
