Error Code 347 is a “FVC Due Now” error. Testing cannot be performed until FVC has been performed.
Field Validation/Verification Cartridges (FVCs) are a set of 2 cartridges which, when inserted, ensure the device is still operating within acceptable bounds. The set consists of a blank cartridge (FVC-1.1) and a lined cartridge (FVC-1.2). These cartridges are required to allow 12-month calibration of the Dug Reader Module with the FVC check to be performed at least every 28 days. The check can be performed more regularly by inserting the FVC-1.1 to start the process.
